Your Reiki session is a private, intuitive experience centred around creating space for peace, mindfulness and energetic balance through chakra-balancing Reiki.

I do not create, store or send session reports, and there is no written follow-up or ongoing record kept after your session. Any insights, sensations or intuitive impressions that arise during your Reiki session may be shared with you at the time, but these are offered as intuitive reflections rather than diagnoses, assessments or medical advice.

I do not keep personal session notes or records of what is discussed or experienced during your Reiki session. Any personal information shared with me during your session is treated with care, respect and confidentiality.

Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice designed to provide a peaceful, mindful space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience chakra-focused energetic balancing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.​​
